task: Update Platform Mesh to kcp 0.32

Overview

platform-mesh/platform-mesh#147 tried to update, but ran into issues due to the new WST validation introduced in kcp kcp-dev/kcp#4082.

To complete the update, we need to figure out where and how PM is creating WorkspaceTypes that kcp now considers invalid. This might be trivial, this might be horribly complex.
