Generalize the Profile and Stereotype Naming

[plasma-framework]

Convert to just 'Plasma Profile' from 'PlasmaSDO Profile' and remove the 'SDO' prefix from all stereotypes. The profile applies more broadly than to just the SDO implementation within Plasma.
