Titled ones are easy to make mistakes and fail

The title parsing is oddly brittle.

If any time unit is specified, adding a title causes the command to fail - only using h:m:s, a future time/date, or integer minutes permits a title.

These aren't limits of Hourglass itself, it has a separate argument to pass a title, so there are some bugs here.
