Visual issue - text overlaid over tool calls

I have got this wired bug where the texts is overlaid over the tool calls. I don't know how to reproduce it. If I scroll the text under it is rendered correctly

are you on the latest version @IronRevelation ??
if not make sure you are on the latest version of both codex and t3code.
let me know if it still occurs.
most likely it's fixed in the latest releases.
