[Bug]: Desktop app startup time too slow

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app launcher and search for t3code.
2. Start t3code.
3. Takes ~7-10 secs to open the desktop app.

Expected behavior

Should open immediately or atleast within a couple of seconds.

Actual behavior

Takes ~7-10 seconds to open.

I did some testing and benchmarking, found that backend server was synchronously waiting for provider probing to resolve and get all the providers snapshot and since renderer waits for backend server to be operational, it lead to slow startup times.

Yesterday I was constantly getting 7-8 sec startup delays, today when I did another rounds of testing before opening up the PR, it dropped to 3-4 secs, I think this confirms my hypothesis as today I updated my OpenCode and Claude Code CLI and I was also having flaky internet issues for the past few days.
