[Feature]: small keyboard shortcut should appear on hovering chat plan button

Problem or use case

shortcut don't appear when hovering the buttons, it appears when I hover the new thread button but it doesn't appear when I go on the plan or intensity of the model.

Proposed solution

When we hover the button, it will turn on the button. A small shortcut circle kind of thing appears that shows the shortcut.

Why this matters

Better user experience. Faster workflows, everybody would be able to know the shortcut.

Smallest useful scope

It would make easier for people to get used to shortcuts. Every code hardness has their own different shortcuts. It gets confusing. I use codecs, I use open code, I use t3 chat. Everyone has their own different shortcuts for plan mode or switching the intensity of the models from low, medium, high. It gets confusing, it will be better if a small circle kind of thing appears around that button so that I can see the shortcut and then keep on using it. It will also help me remember the shortcut.
