[Bug]: Working timer continues when the agent asks a question

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a session and ask the agent to ask a question using the question tool.
2. Look and see that the timer is not stopped while waiting for user input.

Expected behavior

The timer should stop while the agent waits for input from the user.

Actual behavior

Timer is going and will go forever if user doesn't answer question.
