Add Geist Mono fonts for `font-weight: 700` and `font-weight: 900`

The Lawn UI uses Geist Mono in bold and black weights. However, [`app.css`](https://github.com/pingdotgg/lawn/blob/046c2b27473674d27c6862c25a6768a27033891b/app/app.css#L46-L60) only includes font assets for Geist Mono in `font-weight: 400` and `font-weight: 500`. This forces the browser to create [faux bold](https://alistapart.com/article/say-no-to-faux-bold/) fonts, which look bad.
