How to show japanese characters

This is provisionally possible, but I think the main Interstate75 firmware is lagging a bit behind the state of the art.

A user contributed Unicode support, which I ran wild with going down the route of supporting icons, but in theory all the work I did to make those nice should translate over to Kanji, etc. See: pimoroni/pimoroni-pico#1072

Step one is to find the code page ranges for the relevant characters so we can generate a font file that includes them.

From my understanding then, if the af file contains the glyphs, I should just be able to print them by using the appropriate code?
