Status code 404 with authentic url to generate cookie

Here is the copy of the link i used to generate the Authentication cookie , http://www.my-domain-name.org/my-api-key-code/auth/generate_auth_cookie/?nonce=9612df762b&username=USER_NAME&password=PASSWORD but am getting an error with error message

I dont see where am wrong from the above url but nothing works here .
Just to be aware already i have JSON Api and JSON Api User installed and active .
