[Class Editor] Schemas define fieldType but fieldtype is delivered

Some of the endpoints for the class editor state fieldType in the schema.
But the actual response delivers fieldtype. We should align it to one of those typings.

I cannot see any instance when schema defines fieldType that it delivers a fieldtype.

Only thing I seen is that for layouts, we have a fieldType field, layouts can have children which are defined as an array of objects, because children have dynamic fields. Those can have fieldtype, datatype ...

Should we then change field names for defined fields in the Layout schema?
