Install script failing on D1 creation

I fixed a couple of issues with the install script in #174 but gave up on the third and did the rest manually. The script is failing to correctly parse the response from Cloudflare when creating the D1 database. The db is correctly created, but the script doesn't parse the id.

I'll definitely have a look at both the PR and the reported issue.
Rushomon is still in its very early stage, and it's with people like you helping find bugs that things will improve significantly!

@mfcarroll a question to help me gauge how urgent this is: are you blocked now, or were you able to successfully install the service manually?

I'm wrapping up version 0.6 now, and testing and fixing this properly will require quite a bit of work.
But if this is blocking you, I can shift the priority sooner
