[P1, needs sandbox link] Image inserted in Multiple Choice prompt or choices gets distorted when resized​

Happens in Multiple Choice prompt & choice fields in PowerMyLearning Connect integration, does not happen on pie demo site. [Link to PowerMyLearning Connect sandbox to be added].

Steps to reproduce:

1. User uploads image to MC answer choice, or prompt field, and saves it at 100% size.

2. User changes image size to 75% and image is distorted in edit and preview.

3. User changes image size back to 100% and the image is even more distorted.

4. When playlist is assigned to student, the image with the size % change looks distorted.

Expected Behavior:

When image size % changes, it should change proportionally and not cause distortion.
