Go through current rebased text making sure that issues we discussed about are represented correctly

The rebased text of the BIDS specification has been outdated by latest meetings discussions, so this is a list of issues we need to make sure we solved in-text and not only in our meetings.

• What to do with sparse / non-continuous data ? #5
• Remove coverage of EMG #7
• recording-<label> vs acq-<label> #9
• Distinguishing "raw" from "derivative" (meta)data #11, although Clarify raw and computed physiological data definitions #49 attempts it we might want to add something in the appendix (similarly to MP2RAGE)
• Wording of PhysioType: specified #21
• Metadata field to clarify relative timing of concurrently-acquired data groups #23 and Submit a PR to the main BIDS spec on scans.tsv/concurrency #42, although if we are opening a PR for Submit a PR to the main BIDS spec on scans.tsv/concurrency #42, we just need to make sure that:
  • we don't reference another solution in text for the moment
  • once that PR is merged, we make sure the text is harmonic to that
• Which entity-label pairs do we need in a physio file standing on its own (i.e. in its own modality)? #48, referencing physio as data type vs modality #13
• Naming conventions for EDA data #38/Terminology to use for EDA #4
