Numbered lists render as bulleted list

Nice project! We will likely use it in Drush

Not a big deal, but it would be nice to show numbers instead of bullets. Note that this means handling incrementing even when the author uses 1. three times like I do in the list below.

1. foo
2. bar
3. baz
