Adding support for MMonit collector

Could this cookbook have a support for MMonit collector? In the monitrc file there would be following line:

set mmonit http://monit:monit@localhost:8080/collector

which would configurable via attribute

You can easily do this by dropping a file from your wrapper cookbook into node["monit"]["includes_dir"]
