The documentation is lacking the explanation of the Action mode.
The only time it is mentioned is on the Multiple authentication schemes page:
As a warning/reminder when logging a user in, be sure to set the action to WRITE or WRITE_PERMANENT as makes sense to you
No elaboration is given as to why this action must be set in the use case of multiple auth schemes, nor does it explain why explicit Action mode is not required when using singleton auth instance.
It would be great to expand the documentation to explain these details.
