Data Output panel gone #9793
Description
In version 9.13, executing queries in the Query Tool Workspace completes succesfully but the Data Output panel no longer shows. (It was working for a few days and then it stopped). The same problem occurs when going to a table in the Default Workspace and selecting View/Edit Data.
"Reset All Preferences" doesn't resolve the issue. Neither does "Reset Layout".
If useful, back in 2021, in version 5.4, I note these previous bugs that may be related - in case the issue this time is in the same area of code:
Issue #4189 - Ensure that the Data Output panel can be snapped back after it is detached.
Issue #6398 - Fixed an issue where detaching the query editor panel gives a blank white panel.
