Issue
To run more (or fewer!) simulations at the same time, SortSimulation has to be started with a startup parameter, specifying the number of simultaneous simulations. This number cannot be changed during program execution and is not usability friendly.
Solution
Allow number of simultaneous simulations to be changed during program execution as a configurable setting.
