Upgrade to ffmpeg-ffprobe-static

Very helpful lib, thanks for your effort!

The ffprobe-static used by the normalizer doesn't support arm platform, so it cannot be used on M1 macs.

Would it be possible to use https://www.npmjs.com/package/ffmpeg-ffprobe-static instead?
