I think it would make gloot alot more user friendly because currently you have to unslot item from item slot and then drag the item from your inventory into the slot unless its the same size, or no item in slot.
I understand swapping items of differing sizes inside an inventory can be complicated. But, I think swapping an item from inventory by dropping it on an occupied item slot would be simpler to program; because you could just check if the item in the item slot can be added to the inventory. It might be added to part of the inventory grid which is not near the item you swapped into the item slot that was in inventory, but I don't think that would really matter.
