Enable .NET 10 Support in Project Framework and Validate Compatibility Across Modules

We are planning to upgrade our application environment from .NET 8.0 to .NET 10.0 and would like to confirm or request framework compatibility for the new runtime version.

Please review and provide support for .NET 10 in the framework, including dependency validation, build compatibility, and interop verification.
