macOS Packaging improvements

1. There is currently no Code certificate accessible for the macOS build, so the DMG and PKG are unsigned, and might complain by people unless they override and allow unsigned installs.
2. No longer any 'branding' in the installer like it used to (not sure this is a big deal though)
