Is there any way to set seed number to make a reproducible decoy?

I would love to do that, unfortunately, I have zero experience in C++ (also near zero in overall programming as well). After a few hours, I still have no luck. My understanding is that it just need srand() set to some fixed value. I'll keep trying. Thank you anyway.
