Filler items and upgrades

We need to come up with some sort of filler item to make up for the starting elements.

Part of the filler could be traps:

• Clutter trap: places random elements around the screen
• Amnesia trap: forget which elements you already crafted for a bit
• Blindness trap: remove the BK/exhausted icons temporarily

But we could maybe add something to hint a random (unknown?) recipe you could make
