Add single language variants

It would be great to add monolingual dictionaries. These are useful for non-native speakers who have a good command of the language but occasionally come across a less commonly used word. The chance that such a word will be included in a dictionary in their native language or in English is quite low for smaller languages such as Czech or Slovak. At the same time, there is a good chance that the word will be included in the Wiktionary for that language.

Well, maybe in the future. Every national Wiktionary structures data differently so for each language different parser is needed.
