Title: Weekly standup meetings
Author: @early
Status: Draft
Type: Process

Abstract

Bringing back weekly standup meetings at the beginning of the week. With so many activities happening in the company, everyone should have a fair understanding of the overall progress of the company.

Motivation

Based on the past experience we had of standup meetings, the team benefitted in having a faster start in the week when we came together and planned out the upcoming week. When everyone is clear on what has to be achieved and the goals set out for the week it makes it easier to coordinate tasks and measure the progress made.

Specification

Time Period

  • Agree on the meeting time the week before

Requirements

  • Keep notes of defined goals for the week for reference
  • Evaluate goals from previous week. eg. Label as achieved
