HART no longer compatible with current Android OS

Hello,
I am trying to download the HART app for our study but it does not run or open on the latest Android OS, version 14. Is there any way to get it to work on this android OS? I have tried multiple routes to no avail. Please let me know how to proceed as we really need this app for our data collection. Thank you!

I have hesitated to reply, but since no-one else has replied to this issue, I'll try to help.

I had the same issue and decided to develop a web app following the specifications for HART for my own studies.

It's not official and I don't know if they condone it.
