I can't reproduce that. When I add an item it stays added. Can you please fill out the issue template?

Oh that's my bad, I form this issue straight from the app.

I tried it on my sister PC to and it still won't work but what work is when I change it directly from the window tab.

If you did it via the Issue Assistant in QOwnNotes, then the information would also be inserted automatically. 🤷🏻
