SEO plugin: Global SEO + title template

The SEO plugin can be put on every collection, but it's lacking a global SEO.

Lets say I have a Pages collection with SEO but not every page has/needs an meta image. It would be nice to have a global SEO to fallback onto.

Another idea I had was to have title templates, every Page would have a different title but fall under the same website. So I would have an global title template of %pageTitle - %siteName% which results in About us - Site. This title template would be editable in every Page like for the homepage which would simply be %siteName%.
