Test prereleases in OCP

• pull in any prerelease and identify / resolve breaking changes

• turn on the unified theme

  • determine changes needed to render unified theme correctly in console

  • determine gap for console plugins using older PF6 version - do they inherit the new theme well?

  • Especially look at Observability - how does the perses dashboard look in the theme?
