FSWatcher crashses

The FSWatcher crashed after cloning svelte capacitor in my warpcode test repo.

I am on a Win11 machine.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new project from Warpcode prompt.
2. Follow template project README
3. Clone svelte capacitor
4. Install dependencies

There error happened a lot in step 4 and 5.

I've bumped the dependencies for both the core project and the template. So if you pull down the latest changes and create a new test project it should be fixed. Let me know when you get a chance!
