explore unparsing C input into Fortran output

This can be done when ompparser is integrated into rose.
We should try to parse .c files under
https://github.com/LLNL/dataracebench/tree/master/micro-benchmarks
and unparse them to Fortran.

This might give us a way to automatically generate Fortran versions of the benchmarks and contribute them back to DataRaceBench.
