CI Fixes (#403)

* Updated dependencies and changed start/stop commands to defer to the parse-server-test start/stop scripts

* Updated tests & messages to reflect latest server changes

* switching travis node v8.11 to work with latest parse-server

* Avoiding tests on 7.2 (for now), avoiding doc generation on hhvm
