Hello ! Thanks for the feedback, indeed windows isn't the easiest platform to compile for but you can look at instruction from CI workflow : https://github.com/panzergame/dxfplotter/blob/master/.github/workflows/deploy-windows.yml

I would say that once you installed MSVC, cmake (should be provided into MSVC environment) and python. You have to install qt 6.8.2 via aqt:

 aqt install-qt -O ../Qt windows desktop 6.8.2 win64_msvc2022_64 -m qt3d qtshadertools

And ortools form their archive : https://github.com/google/or-tools/releases, then decompress somewhere and pass its path to cmake configuraiton:

cmake -B build -DBUILD_TESTING=OFF -DQt6_DIR=<your qt install path>/lib/cmake/Qt6 -DCMAKE_PREFIX_PATH=<your ortools install path>

You can ignore the ortools step using cmake option WITH_ORTOOLS to off (which is now the default)
