PTHR43636 - issue with Pombe sequences

In https://github.com/geneontology/go-annotation/issues/3579

@ValWood mentions that the two pombe sequences that appear after a duplication, ski7 (SPAP8A3.05) and mef1, are not closely related and should not be in the same tree.
