feat request: set default pause timing options

It would be nice to be able to set the pause timing options from one place. It quickly becomes tedious to override the default.

This second part is subjective: The current timing makes me feel like I'm on a roller coaster.

Yes, this is definitely something I want to do, for any optional argument. Thanks for reporting.

The place to set default values for action arguments is probably the frontmatter. Maybe it can also be added as an action. I'll need to think about it a bit!
