browser uses a small , corner-fitted tab in debug mode

The browser opens a preview of the pdf/hrml file in a small, corner-fitted tab. I have tried using `--browserArgs --window-size=1920,1080` but that seems not to correct it. Is there a way to declaratively configure/change the size?
