Currently, the centre of the mapviews in pm-android or pacmacro.github.io are preset. However, this may change if the game is held in another location - for example, SFU Burnaby.
An attribute should be added in application.properties which represents the centre coordinate of the map, and an API should be created which provides this for use by the app or mapview.
