GDAL Version Upgrade

Hi, I need to build GDAL 3.1 aar file. With your instructions i am able to create v2 of Gdal.
Could you please help me to create GDAL v3.1 aar file

I will take a look at upgrading to GDAL 3.2
What type of errors did you encounter?

I could not find where should i change to build GDAL 3.2. If you show i can try and help for the project.
