Feature: Add HDFS plugin (input/output)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes you need to save logs in cold storage for long term storage. HDFS is one of the choices when cold storage comes in.

Additional context

1. There is can be a problem, what file format to choose for logs saving. Or give ability to choose file format for users?
2. Authentication. HDFS can be under Kerberos authentication. For this users shold provide keytab file.
