Quickstart guide runs oxlint before --init step, causing config errors on first run

The Install section tells you to run oxlint before the "Create a config file" section introduces oxlint --init. Running without a config first causes this error.
Same case for the formatter guide.

I had claude try and reproduce this and it wasn't able to, is this specific to using vite-plus, or something else? Could you share the repo or some more information on reproducing the issue?

Just a new Vite project and trying to setup oxfmt | oxlint.

The reason I open this issue to improve docs for new user because when they run npm run fmt they get this error (at least for me).

Steps to reproduce:

1. pnpm create vite (chose react)
2. follow the quickstart guide

Does oxfmt command supposed to create default config if it not finds one ( .oxfmtrc.json , .oxfmtrc.jsonc, oxfmt.config.ts) ?
If No, That's why I open this issue.
I was going to open PR but I don't know if you did this intentionally or something related to my environment.

Node version: v22.17.1

I think the issue is related to: oxc-project/oxc#20416
