Handshake failure during SSL connection attempt

What Happened?

When running Ownplot on Windows 11 while connected to WIFI : laas-welcome, the Terminal constantly prints this error.

When connecting to 4G through my phone. I have no error.

Steps to reproduce

• Operating System: Windows 11

To produce the error, simply run Ownplot and open the port.
