Describe the bug
when using the menu and clicking on a ui your mouse get bugged and needs to relog to fixing it.

I can fix this issue by going back to the previous version of ox_lib

You haven't told us which version of ox_lib you're using and there were no ui changes in the latest release let alone menu changes.

Additionally, the issue you describe tells us almost nothing about the issue you are actually experiencing. Screenshots, gif, video could be helpful for us to know what you're talking about.

You likely also have an error in either your client or server console that would better indicate what is actually happening.
