We do not accept pull requests, including those generated by AI coding agents. This applies regardless of the quality or size of the change.
This is a policy about where changes to this repository originate, not a judgement on anyone's work. There are two reasons:
- Every change must carry its own records. This repository is developed through an internal workflow in which each change is accompanied by a written plan, test results, and review records. A change that arrives without them cannot be merged without breaking that guarantee.
- Some files define how our automated reviews behave.
docs/runbooks/and.claude/are the rules our own review agents operate under. A change merged there without review affects every future review in this repository.
Pull requests from outside the repository will be closed with a comment pointing here. Please do not take it personally.
Bug reports, questions, and suggestions are welcome as GitHub Issues. We read them.
Please note that this is a personal project: we cannot promise a response, a timeline, or that any given issue will be acted upon.
Do not report vulnerabilities in a public issue. See SECURITY.md for how to report them privately.

AI コーディングエージェントが生成したものを含め、Pull Request は受け付けていません。 変更の品質や規模にかかわらず同じ扱いになります。
これは「このリポジトリへの変更がどこから来るか」についての方針であり、寄稿者の作業内容への評価ではありません。理由は 2 つです。
- すべての変更に記録が伴う必要がある。 このリポジトリは、変更ごとに計画書・テスト結果・レビュー記録を残す内部ワークフローで開発しています。それらを伴わない変更は、この保証を壊さずにマージできません。
- 一部のファイルは自動レビューの判断基準そのものである。
docs/runbooks/と.claude/は、レビュー用エージェントが従うルールを定義しています。ここに無審査の変更が入ると、以後のすべてのレビューに影響します。
外部から届いた Pull Request は、このファイルを案内するコメントを添えて close します。悪く思わないでいただけると幸いです。
バグ報告・質問・提案は GitHub Issue で歓迎します。内容には目を通します。
ただし個人プロジェクトのため、返信・対応時期・対応そのものをお約束することはできません。
