Add some maintainers? #56

I hate to see issue like relaxing version constraint #53 (comment) (with PR #55) sticking around for months.
I don't use this directly but it's used as a dependency of several gems in my projects.
The owner @ostinelli seems active on GitHub and if you don't want to put too much attention on this project it's fine.
But it would be helpful to add some maintainers for this project to handle at least some of the easy to handle issues & PRs
