Update vscode market place

Update vscode marketplace with vsix file after testing the vsix file

• pull latest dev
• end to end test (open swell app, look for state, poke around app)
• run the test suites (one test is designed to fail)
• make a vsix file
• test the vsix file
• publish vsix to the marketplace
• test the newest version of the marketplace (could take 20min to update)
• make pull request to update main to newest version of dev
