[Feature]: Add “Vis altid” option to “Yderligere oplysninger til faciliteter” field

Background

In Esbjerg Kommuneg, there is a need to ensure that important information in the field "Yderligere oplysninger til faciliteter" is visible to users by default. Currently, this field is collapsed in the frontend, which may cause users to miss important details.

To address this, editors should have the option to control whether the content is expanded or collapsed by default.

Acceptance Criteria

Backend

• For the content types “Kursus” and “Undervisnings- og læringsforløb”, editors with the role “udbyder” or higher can enable a toggle or checkbox named “Vis altid” on the field: "Yderligere oplysninger til faciliteter"
• The state of the toggle is saved and exposed to the frontend.

Frontend

When “Vis altid” is enabled:

• The content in "Yderligere oplysninger til faciliteter" is expanded by default.
• The user has the option to collapse the content.

When “Vis altid” is not enabled:

• The field remains collapsed by default, as it behaves today.
