The skipstone plugin does actually work for Linux, and we are able to build and test many of our frameworks with it on Linux, so it is useful for things like CI testing. But there isn't yet any good way to build SwiftUI applications on non-macOS platforms. And, of course, the iOS Simulator only runs on macOS, so for day-to-day app development, there isn't yet any good solution for doing this on Linux or Windows. We are interested supporting other platforms in the future, though. |
