General guidelines for website revamp

Design

• The design now lives on Figma. If you want to see and contribute towards anything, feel free to get in touch and we can grant you access.

Development

• All development efforts for this revamp will happen on the v2-main branch. If you fork the repo, make sure you direct your PRs to this branch only.
• Assets required for this revamp include (update details about these assets in this thread):
  • Monochrome nullNEU logo
  • GitHub logo
  • LinkedIn logo
  • Mastodon logo
  • Telegram logo
  • Secure software development icon
  • Creating impactful connections icon
  • Train together, win together icon
  • Right chevron
  • Logos of companies where we had speakers from
  • Team member photos

Deployment

• After the revamp is complete and all PRs have been merged satisfactorily, the branch will be merged into main for the final deployment. All subsequent work will continue on the main branch as before.
